Domestic US Customers
All Made-To-Order items have a creation time of 3 - 4 weeks before being shipped.
All Ready-To-Ship and Laces will ship within 2 - 3 business days.
USPS is facing historic delays right now due to weather events and staffing challenges. Please allow for additional time for orders to ship once received by USPS. Domestic US can take upwards of 5 - 7 days.
International Customers
Please allow for additional time for shipments to arrive. We have seen upwards of 5 - 6 weeks for delivery when it was normally 1 - 2 weeks. Please be patient as shipment and tracking is 100% out of my control once it leaves my possession.
Returns
All Made-To-Order and Ready-To-Ship products are final sale unless otherwise noted. If there is something wrong with your purchase, please send me an email and I will do my best to work it out. I reserve the right to decline a return if there is nothing wrong with the product but are merely unhappy with the color or configuration.
Laces can be returned if unused and in the original packaging if returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
All colors are provided on the website in the Leather Info section. Monogrammed and custom items cannot be returned (at my discretion).
Customer pays return fee unless it was due to an error on my end.
