Which length do I need?

Count the eyelets (or eyelets plus speed hooks) on one side of your boot; this pair fits 6 - 10 eyelets. Between two sizes? Go longer: extra length can be wrapped or tied off, and short laces can't be fixed.

Care

Untie before you pull your boots off. Yanking a laced boot off strains the lace at the eyelet.
If laces keep fraying at the same spot, check that hook or eyelet for a sharp edge.
