The Guarded Goods Promise

Every lace, kiltie, belt, strap and wallet I carry is covered by the same three promises. They are written here in plain words so you know exactly what to expect before you order.

90 days, for anything that arrives wrong or fails

Within 90 days of delivery, if an item arrives wrong or damaged, or fails in normal wear (a lace snaps, stitching lets go), reply to your order email with a photo. I'll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, and I cover the shipping. Most of the time you don't need to send the original back.

Free repairs on what I sell

If stitching comes loose or a strap keeper stretches, message me with a photo first. You ship it to me, and I ship it back to you at my cost. There is no charge for the repair.

30-day returns

Unused laces, boot kilties, in-stock wallets and watch straps can come back within 30 days of delivery. Belts are final sale, including the wrong size, and cut leather laces and gift cards can't be returned. Return postage is yours, and I refund the item price within 2 to 3 business days of getting it back. The full details are on Shipping & Returns, and you can start a return here.
