Make sure to contact me within 14 days of receipt. I'll refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs) once I receive the returned item. I was trying to exactly match the braided laces in color and thickness in my vintage LL Bean/Chippewa Oxford shoes. These boot laces were an exact match for the braid, color and thickness but I had to shorten to a shoe length and add a new aglet. Guarded Goods laces are so well made I may replace other laces on my boots as I am so happy with this product.
